Klick Lewis Chevrolet is seeking a detail-oriented, organized, and dependable Title Clerk to join our team. This role is crucial to ensuring accurate processing of vehicle titles, registrations, and related documentation. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for accuracy and efficiency.

Compensation: Up to $65,000/year based on experience and skill set
Responsibilities:
Process all new and used vehicle titles and registrations in compliance with state and federal regulations
Prepare and submit all paperwork for vehicle sales, trade-ins, and wholesale transactions
Verify accuracy of all documents, including titles, registrations, and lien releases
Maintain current knowledge of state title regulations and requirements
Communicate with customers, banks, and DMV offices as needed to resolve title issues
Accurately post transactions to accounting records and maintain organized files
Support the sales and finance departments with title-related questions or needs
Assist with additional administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications:
Previous title clerk, DMV, or dealership experience strongly preferred
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Strong communication skills and ability to work with multiple departments
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Comfortable working in a deadline-driven environment
Proficiency with dealership management systems (DMS) and Microsoft Office a plus
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
