You will test new hardware products & applications, communicate with development teams, and represent QA concerns in cross-functional meetings, providing valuable end-user feedback to improve the customer experience. This role requires a deep understanding of the software development life cycle, experience with various testing techniques, and strong organizational skills. Testing, analyzing, and troubleshooting communication between front-end applications and APIs/Web Services. Experience testing web-based software. Experience testing iOS and Android mobile applications (a plus). In-depth knowledge of QA methodologies and best practices. Preferred / Ideal Criteria: Experience managing QA teams or leading others is a plus. Experience testing software interacting with hardware is beneficial. Must be highly hands-on. Skills in testing tools, API debugging, communication, troubleshooting. Experience testing user stories, features, API, regression testing. Expertise in writing/executing test cases and plans.
