Applicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation and may meet eligibility requirements, including U.S. Citizenship, for access to classified information; Active Top-Secret Clearance required. Responsibilities

Provide oversight of Facilities Engineering, Operations and Maintenance Safety, Health (S&H), and Risk Management; manage multiple Safety programs and develop site-specific project safety plans. Collaborate with Project Management to implement and lead the Operational Risk Management (ORM) process. Coordinate with customers and/or site owners on general site conditions and Non-Compliance Notices (NCN). Participate in meetings with customers, project teams, and contractors to advise on project-specific mitigation plans, S&H training programs, and technical reports. Assist with development and implementation of Site-Specific Accident Prevention Programs (APP) and training plans to meet project safety plan specifications. Assist with site safety budgets, safe work permits, and ensure compliance with project contracts, plans, and specifications. Lead the ORM team in reviewing, interpreting, and developing a project safety plan based on project specifications, drawings, regulations, and existing safety systems; conduct/assist with incident reporting and investigations. Maintain knowledge of safety and health standards, rules, and regulations; working knowledge of OSHA, DOT compliance, insurance audits, workers’ compensation, and related safety practices and analyses. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including SharePoint. Qualifications

Minimum 10+ years' experience with a High School diploma or 8+ years with an associate’s degree or 5+ years with a bachelor’s degree. Bachelor’s degree preferred. Active Top-Secret Clearance required; eligible for access to classified information per government security requirements. Experience conducting S&H training; regulatory compliance expertise (1910, 1926, EM-385-1-1). Safety Management Systems knowledge and experience; understanding of OHSMS (ANSI-Z10, OHSAS 18001, ISO 31000, ISO 45001). Culture-building skills and human performance understanding; OSHA 500/502 trainer designation is a plus. Willingness to pursue certifications: ASP, CSP, CHST, OHST. Previous electrical/construction/industrial/federal and commercial S&H experience. We Offer An Excellent Benefits Package
