We’re looking for a hands-on
SAP S/4HANA Project Manager
to lead the migration from JDE to SAP, own system integration, and train users on capabilities. This role requires someone who can
dive into the system , manage updates, and drive adoption across finance and controls. What You’ll Do
Own and manage SAP S/4HANA roadmap (Financials & Controls focus) Lead migration, testing, go-live, and user training Partner with Finance, Operations, and other teams to gather requirements and ensure adoption Manage integrations with SAP/non-SAP systems Work with strong personalities and multiple stakeholders to keep projects on track Ensure compliance, documentation, and continuous improvement What We’re Looking For
5+ years SAP functional lead/product ownership experience Strong knowledge of
SAP S/4HANA (esp. FICO)
and ERP transformation Hands-on experience with full-cycle implementations (at least 2) Ability to explain SAP S/4HANA clearly to business and technical users Strong project management, problem-solving, and communication skills Comfortable with fast-paced, high-visibility role Nice to Have
