Job Duties/Responsibilities:

Perform technical duties related to administration and end-user support for VTC infrastructure, endpoint devices and video streaming.

Installing, configuring, testing, upgrades, maintaining, troubleshooting and repairing video teleconferencing (VTC) systems and VOIP systems.

Conduct quality assurance tests to identify system failures and to analyze, isolate and correct operational faults on VTC and VOIP equipment, infrastructure and software in the end user environment.

Required Clearance:

TS/SCI with polygraph.

Required Qualifications:

Five (5) years of experience as a System Administrator in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity are required.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Assurance, Information Security System Engineering, or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required. (Five (5) years of SA experience may be substituted for a Bachelor’s degree).

DoD 8570 IAT Level 2 Certification.

Salary and Location:

Location: Columbia, Maryland

Weekly Hours: 40

Salary Range: $69,000.00 - $149,000.00
