Principal SME Cyberspace Network Operations (CNO)
to provide research support administration services for our government customer in
Ft. Bragg, NC . Responsibilities
Assist the SGM and Deputy C4I as the Cyber SME and provide technical writing, development, and integration support for Cyber activities requirements, testing, programming, manpower, and execution functions of the C4I and Cyber commodity area. Perform project management, evaluate commercial technology, attend technical reviews and demonstrations for prototype assessment, and establish acquisition strategies. Assist in the preparation and development of new requirements documentation including Initial Capabilities Documents (ICD), Capabilities Development Documents (CDD), SPECAT messages, Basis of Issue Plans (BOIP), Test Plans, and update Project Folders. Coordinate with the Project Manager and/or Quality Assurance Manager to ensure adequate design specifications, documentation, and problem resolution for problem reports. Required Education
Must have a Bachelor's degree. Master's degree preferred. Required Skills and Experience
Must have at least 16 years of Cyber Activities experience/knowledge, Technical Exploitation experience/knowledge, Special Operations experience/knowledge, and Military experience/knowledge. Strong communication, organizational, creative, analytical and problem-solving skills; proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, and other collaborative tools. Required Citizenship and Clearance
Must be a U.S. Citizen (Born or Naturalized). Must have Active TS/SCI Clearance. Benefits and Equal Opportunity
