Responsibilities
Execute and optimize phage display campaigns for
antibody discovery.
Perform library construction, biopanning selections, and hit validation.
Express, purify, and characterize antibody candidates.
Apply molecular biology techniques (cloning, PCR, sequencing analysis) to advance campaigns.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on project strategy.
Troubleshoot protocols and contribute ideas to platform improvements.
Support multiple antibody development programs.
Qualifications
BS/MS in Life Sciences (Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Biotechnology, or related).
Hands-on phage display experience (library work, selections, screening).
Antibody experience
(engineering, characterization, or development).
Solid skills in protein expression/purification and molecular biology techniques.
Understanding of protein-protein interactions and antibody technologies.
Quick learner who adapts to new protocols and troubleshoots independently.
