Bartender
to join the opening team of
White
Willow ; our refined Asian dining concept located within the prestigious Equestrian Manor. This role is ideal for a hospitality professional with a passion for mixology, a flair for presentation, and a commitment to delivering elevated guest experiences.
As a
Bartender
at White Willow, you will craft exquisite cocktails, guide guests through our curated beverage offerings, and contribute to the ambiance of sophistication and warmth that defines our brand. Your service will reflect the World Equestrian Center's core values of

Primary Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve cocktails, wine, sake, and other beverages with precision, artistry, and attention to detail. Engage guests with warmth and professionalism, offering recommendations and personalized service. Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing bar area that reflects the elegance of White Willow. Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering to ensure seamless bar operations. Ensure compliance with all alcohol service regulations and company policies. Collaborate with culinary leadership to develop seasonal cocktails and beverage pairings. Support private dining and special events with bespoke beverage service. Handle guest concerns with discretion and grace, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty. Maintain accurate cash handling and POS transactions. Assist in training new bar staff and fostering a culture of excellence and hospitality. Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and sanitation. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs. Manual dexterity and visual acuity for precise drink preparation. Clear and effective communication in both verbal and written formats. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-touch environment Qualifications, Education, Experience, Skills and Abilities
Minimum of 2 years' experience in bartending within an upscale or fine dining environment. Strong knowledge of spirits, wine, sake, and cocktail preparation. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. Professional appearance and demeanor. Ability to multitask and remain composed under pressure. ServSafe and Alcohol Compliance Certifications required. Experience with private events and custom beverage service preferred. Availability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events.
