Manage teams in identifying business requirements, designing functions, processes, prototypes, testing, training, and support procedures. Develop planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting strategies. Create statements of work and client proposals. Manage vendor relationships and lead client workshops. Oversee project resources and budgets. Serve as escalation point for critical issues. Provide functional expertise for decision-making. Lead, mentor, and evaluate project staff. Conduct sessions to gather and analyze business requirements. Architect cohesive Workday Financials Source-to-Pay solutions. Advise on industry standards and best practices. Apply Workday and Accenture methodologies. Report project status to the Project Manager. Manage client and stakeholder relationships to achieve project goals. Ensure best practices are utilized. Workday Financials Partner Certification At least 4 years of consulting experience, with recent leadership or similar roles At least 4 years of hands-on Workday Financials S2P/P2P experience Minimum 4 years of US and/or Global Financial Operations experience Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years of work experience); Associates degree with at least 6 years of experience Preferred Skills
Proficiency in multiple business processes (FDM, OTC, GL, FA, Budgeting, Cash Management, etc.) Experience leading global or large-scale Workday projects Experience with other cloud-based financial applications (Oracle E-Business Suite, NetSuite, SAP, etc.) Advanced degree in relevant field Additional Information
