Data Scientist - multiple levels - CLEARANCE and POLYGRAPH REQUIRED Constellation Technologies, Inc. is seeking qualified candidates for multiple seniority levels of Data Scientist, with positions open across experience ranges and requiring US citizenship, an active TS/SCI clearance, and polygraph per federal contract requirements. Base pay range
$120,000.00/yr - $220,000.00/yr Responsibilities
Design and implement machine learning, data science, and analytical algorithms. Model development, data mining, advanced statistical analysis, and mathematical foundations as required. Translate mission needs and analytic questions into technical requirements; communicate results to non-technical audiences. Develop and evaluate qualitative and quantitative methods for large datasets, accounting for data quality and structure. Collaborate with teams to extract value from large datasets and to support data-driven decisions. Maintain awareness of data storage, processing, and analytic capabilities and limitations to inform solution choices. Provide principled recommendations on technical solutions aligned with organizational goals. Qualifications
Must be a US Citizen with an active TS/SCI clearance and polygraph. Experience levels vary by level (Level 02/03/04) with required years of related experience; Level 04 requires up to 17+ years with a degree; Level 03 requires 12+ years with a degree; Level 02 requires 5+ years with a degree. Specific level selection depends on candidate background. Degree in Mathematics, Applied Mathematics, Statistics, Applied Statistics, Machine Learning, Data Science, Operations Research, or Computer Science. Related fields with substantial coursework in advanced mathematics and/or computer science may be considered. Experience in Python and at least one mid-level language (e.g., C); proficiency in data processing, data management, and reproducible workflows is desirable. Strong ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical audiences and to translate requirements into actionable analyses. Nice to have
Fully cleared polygraph preferred. Knowledge of Big Data, dataflows, Spark, Jupyter notebooks, and analytics in GME. Benefits
