Jobot
Jobot is seeking a highly skilled Senior Solution Architect – Agentic AI to design and deliver transformative AI-driven solutions that streamline enterprise processes and generate measurable business value.
This role will architect secure, scalable, and production-ready solutions that automate manual tasks, enable AI-assisted or autonomous workflows, and optimize outcomes across critical functions such as IT, HR, Finance, and Operations.
The position offers a hybrid work model, with flexibility to be based in Houston or Dallas, TX.
Key Responsibilities
Solution Design: Architect and deliver enterprise-scale agentic AI solutions incorporating multi-agent collaboration. Align solutions with business requirements and measurable KPIs (e.g., cost savings, efficiency, performance). User Experience: Prioritize intuitive, user-centric designs that enable seamless, context-aware interactions (chat, voice, embedded UI). Ensure clear human-in-the-loop escalation paths and adherence to conversational UX best practices. Delivery Leadership: Lead cross-functional delivery PODs (IT, engineers, process owners) to ensure rapid, high-ROI solution delivery. Standards & Best Practices: Define and maintain best practices for agentic AI solution design, orchestration patterns, CI/CD pipelines, and guardrails. Ensure consistency, scalability, and reliability of enterprise deployments. Solution Frameworks & Reusable Assets: Develop and maintain a framework classifying agentic solutions (autonomous workflows, AI-assisted tasks, orchestration patterns). Build and promote reusable components (prompts, connectors, guardrails) to accelerate delivery and maximize value. Governance & Compliance: Manage a registry of agents and agentic processes, maintaining ownership, performance, and dependency metadata. Ensure solutions meet governance, transparency, security, and compliance standards. Evangelism & Enablement: Demonstrate the “art of the possible” with compelling showcases of agentic AI capabilities. Mentor teams on frameworks, autonomy design, and safety patterns, sharing implementation insights to drive adoption. Qualifications
Minimum Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or related field. 10+ years of experience in solution architecture, automation, or AI platforms. 3+ years designing and deploying production-grade agentic AI solutions with multi-agent orchestration at enterprise scale. Proven success integrating AI agents with business-critical systems (ERP, CRM, ITSM) and workflows. Expertise in generative AI, agent autonomy, tool integration, and human-in-the-loop design. Working knowledge of standards such as Model Context Protocol (MCP) and Agent-to-Agent (A2A) communication protocols. Hands-on proficiency with agentic frameworks (e.g., LangChain/LangGraph, Microsoft Autogen, Azure AI Agent Service, CrewAI, N8N, UiPath, Automation Anywhere). Experience with cloud-native architectures (AWS, Azure, GCP), containerization (Kubernetes, Docker), and Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform, CloudFormation). Strong background in enterprise integrations (REST/GraphQL, event-driven systems), identity/access management (OAuth/OIDC, SCIM), and collaboration platforms (Teams, Slack). Familiarity with AI security and compliance best practices, including data isolation, audit trails, and PII protection. Preferred Qualifications: Master’s degree or MBA preferred. Experience in large, complex organizations. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Jobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer. We provide an inclusive work environment that celebrates diversity and all qualified candidates receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, religion, national origin, age (40 and over), disability, military status, genetic information or any other basis protected by applicable federal, state, or local laws.
