VP, Technical Recruitment | Connecting Elite Tech Talent with Growth-Minded Organizations Data & Systems Architect – Client Analytics: We are looking for a talented Data & Systems Architect to design and build scalable, high-impact data solutions for a leading investment analytics team. This is a hybrid role with 3 days onsite per week and a focus on platform design, ETL/ELT pipelines, and complex data modeling. What You’ll Do

Lead the design and architecture of scalable ETL/ELT pipelines and data workflows. Build, maintain, and optimize complex data models to support Finance, Operations, and Business Development teams. Integrate data from diverse sources into a reliable and maintainable platform. Ensure high data quality and timely delivery through automated validation and monitoring. Partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into actionable data solutions. Provide thought leadership on system design and platform enhancements. Stay current on trends and best practices in data architecture, warehousing, and analytics. What You Bring

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field. 5+ years of experience in data architecture, warehousing, and analytics. Strong hands-on experience with ETL/ELT development (Talend preferred, SSIS or other enterprise tools acceptable). Advanced SQL and data modeling skills. Proven experience designing and implementing scalable, reliable systems. Experience automating data integrity and validation processes. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communicator and collaborator, comfortable in a fast-paced environment. Why It’s Exciting
