The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable backend solutions and APIs using Python and NoSQL databases. The Role Develop and maintain backend services and APIs using Python (Django, Flask, FastAPI, or similar frameworks). Design, implement, and optimize database schemas and queries in MongoDB. Collaborate with front-end developers and other stakeholders to integrate UI with backend services. Write efficient, reusable, and reliable code adhering to best practices. Perform data modeling and database optimization for high performance. Develop and execute unit tests and integration tests. Troubleshoot, debug, and improve existing applications. Maintain documentation related to system architecture and development processes. Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in Python and NoSQL database development. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field. Proven experience (2+ years) in Python development. Strong experience working with MongoDB, including schema design and querying. Familiarity with Python frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI. Knowledge of RESTful API development and integration. Understanding of data modeling in NoSQL databases. Experience with version control systems like Git. Basic knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus. Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker. Familiarity with message brokers like RabbitMQ or Kafka. Experience with data migration and ETL processes.
