Project Manager
to join our
Distribution Modernization
team within the
Transmission & Distribution Global Practice
in our South-Central Region. If you’re passionate about leading impactful infrastructure projects and want a stake in the company’s success, this is your chance.
What You’ll Do
Lead distribution engineering projects from concept to completion, including permitting, planning, estimating, procurement, and construction.
Serve as the primary client contact, building strong relationships and driving repeat business.
Manage project scope, schedule, budget, and risk while ensuring quality and compliance.
Prepare proposals, support presentations, and participate in contract negotiations.
Oversee internal financials, project controls, and change management.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor junior staff.
Travel to client sites and project locations as needed.
What You Need to Bring to the Table
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
7+ years of progressive experience in Distribution Engineering, including 3+ years in project management.
Strong understanding of NESC and other industry codes.
Proven success in managing engineering projects and client relationships.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
PE and/or PMP certification preferred.
Previous consulting experience is a plus.
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.
