Pay rate range - $50/hr. to $52/hr. on W2

Schedule - Prefers fully onsite but is comfortable with a hybrid-based schedule.

Must Have

4-6 years of strong working knowledge of SQL, Python, Tableau or Quicksight

2-5 years of experience working with large-scale complex datasets

Background (academic or professional) in statistics, programming, and marketing (master's preferred)

Job Qualifications

2-5 years of experience working with large-scale complex datasets

Strong analytical mindset, ability to decompose business requirements into an analytical plan, and execute the plan to answer those business questions

4-6 years of strong working knowledge of SQL, Python, Tableau or Quicksight

Strong working knowledge of AWS cloud, Redshift, AWS Andes, Glue

Background (academic or professional) in statistics, programming, and marketing

Graduate degree in math/statistics, computer science or related field is highly desirable

Excellent communication skills, equally adept at working with engineers as well as business leaders

Degree Bachelor's in a relevant field (master's preferred)

Nice to have

AWS / AWS Redshift

Statistical analysis experience

Day to Day

Assist stakeholders in business management

Join meetings to discuss issues and solutions

Partner with team members to architect solutions for stakeholders

Write SQL code to extract data sets

Meet deadlines

Key projects

Migrations to new unions, data type transitions, supporting engineers and stakeholders, creating a metadata application layer for data landscape upkeep

Job Description The Business Intelligence Engineer (BIE) is an innovative, results-driven professional who drives continuous improvement through data-driven actions. The role requires exercising strong judgment and autonomy to identify and execute strategic improvement plans in collaboration with cross-category, Technology, and Operations teams. This position impacts how the SnS business executes its replenishment strategies. The ideal candidate has a successful track record in relationship management, strong business and analytical skills, and experience working with technology and engineering teams. Excellent communication skills, strategic thinking, influence, and high ownership are essential.

Key job responsibilities

Architecting an end-to-end BI landscape that provides reporting, analysis, and insights for the SnS business, including dataset creation, data pipelines, ETL, custom logic, visualization, and storytelling

Developing new reports for business reviews, deep dive analysis, and strategic initiatives

Enhancing auditing tools to identify system gaps and support capability development

Creating visualization tools in Quicksight or Tableau for various stakeholder teams

Challenging existing processes with data-driven insights to improve scalability and cost efficiency

Collaborating across teams to develop automation, scaling, and productivity roadmaps

Measuring and supporting cross-category impact of solutions

Analyzing the value chain to improve customer engagement insights

Building a knowledge repository for SnS data intelligence as part of an evolving center of excellence
