Insight Global is looking in Guadalajara, Mexico for a Sr. Lead Full Stack Developer to join a global team for one of our large oil and gas clients. This person will be responsible for an enterprise wide application to design, develop, and troubleshoot various applications for the client. The successful candidate is highly experienced with self-sufficiency, extensive knowledge and experience across multiple technologies. They will be doing hands-on development of C#, .Net, and Angular. They will need to have extensive knowledge and understanding of Azure to monitor and troubleshoot Azure applications using Azure Monitor and other Azure services. The ideal candidate will come from heavy full stack development background with technical lead experience. Daily they will be responsible for collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop software solutions. This role will require someone who is local to Guadalajara and willing to go on-site 2 days a week. Responsibilities
Lead Sr. Full Stack Developer for an enterprise-wide application, designing, developing, and troubleshooting multiple applications for the client. Perform hands-on development with C#, .NET, and Angular. Apply extensive Azure knowledge to monitor and troubleshoot Azure applications using Azure Monitor and other Azure services. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop software solutions. Remain local to Guadalajara and willing to go on-site 2 days a week. Qualifications
10+ years in software development with a lead role managing a team of 5+ people Strong experience in cloud methodologies Strong interpersonal and consultative skills Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps including CI/CD pipeline architecture/creation, working with ADO/Terraform, deployment practices, and microservices; experience transforming operations to cloud environments Experience designing solutions for cloud-native environments, including containers, Azure services, and microservices Experience with Agile development practices Strong C#/.NET/.NET Core software development background in an enterprise environment Experience/ability to lead onsite/offsite teams and perform task planning Exposure to Waterfall and Agile/Scrum practices and tools Strong API experience (defining API specifications, creating APIs, integrating APIs with 3rd party applications) Strong background in SQL Server Angular development Background in technical design/software architecture Previous Oil and Gas industry experience EEO and Privacy
