Office Services Manager 1+ months (Temp to hire) — Denver, CO 80202

Mon-Fri, 8:00 am-5:00 pm

Responsibilities

Manage a legal on-site office services team with 2 members. MUST have management experience.

Oversee daily operations of a small to medium-sized site and manage a small team.

Manage contracted services, including copy services, courier services, managed print services, hospitality, imaging, and mail services.

Assess talent, conduct performance management, and support staff career development.

Prioritize multiple competing tasks while creating a positive work culture to maximize retention.

Demonstrate working knowledge of Ricoh products and provide efficient solutions or alternatives.

Manage production labor percentages and improve operational quality using RICOH Service Excellence tools.

Ensure achievement of Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and support customer process improvements.

Maintain a customer-focused environment with regular end-user feedback and surveys.

Ensure proper staffing by matching employee skills and equipment with production demands.

Motivate employees and recognize accomplishments in a timely manner using Ricoh Recognizes programs.

Clearly communicate job expectations, provide training, coaching, counseling, and performance evaluations.

Identify training needs and support staff development via Individual Development Plans.

Maintain daily formal contact with customers and understand client requirements.

Identify gaps or scope creep in service delivery and adjust processes to meet client or company standards.

Facilitate issue resolution regarding pricing, orders, and invoicing in coordination with the sales department.

Create and support site-required reporting, customer presentations, and business reviews to ensure contractual alignment.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Typical Requirements

High school diploma or GED required.

3–5 years of work experience in a related field (B2B and/or technical).

Minimum 2 years of managerial experience preferred.

3–5 years of customer-facing work experience required.

Demonstrated high-level knowledge and understanding of technology.

Proficient in Microsoft Office 360.

Ability to present effectively to medium-sized groups.

Professional customer service and technical aptitude.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Working Conditions and Physical Demands

Typically office environment with adequate lighting, ventilation, and normal temperature/noise levels.

Work involves interpreting complex materials, data, and instructions.

Some physical effort required: standing, walking, bending, stretching, climbing, and lifting/moving items up to 50 lbs.

Moderate dexterity required (calculator, keyboard, hand tools, eye/hand coordination).
