We are seeking a
Shipping & Receiving Associate
to join our team. This role is responsible for handling all incoming and outgoing materials, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring safe and efficient warehouse operations.
What You'll Do Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials; enter data into SAP Safely operate forklifts and overhead cranes to unload, move, and store materials Prepare and fulfill orders; load trucks and process shipping paperwork Perform weekly cycle counts and assist with annual inventory Maintain warehouse organization, cleanliness, and equipment Support shipping functions when needed What We're Looking For
Experience with forklifts and overhead gantry cranes (certification preferred) Ability to read engineering drawings and use measuring tools (micrometers, calipers) Strong attention to detail and quality standards Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical warehouse tasks Effective communication and teamwork skills Willingness to learn and grow within the role What We Offer

High school diploma or GED required; technical/shop class experience a plus 1+ year of experience in a shop, warehouse, or manufacturing environment Ability to operate forklifts (certification preferred) Working knowledge of measurement tools (calipers, micrometers) Strong written and verbal communication skills Solid math skills and general mechanical aptitude Basic computer proficiency; familiarity with Microsoft Office preferred Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
