Low Voltage Installers / Helper Technicians

to join our growing field team in San Diego. This is a hands-on role supporting the installation of structured cabling, access control systems, surveillance cameras, and conduit on commercial and government sites. You’ll work under an experienced lead technician and receive real on-the-job training in the field. This is a great opportunity for someone dependable and willing to learn — whether you already have low-voltage experience or are transitioning from another trade (construction, electrical, HVAC, etc.). Responsibilities

Pull Cat6, coax, and alarm cable through walls, conduit, and ceilings Mount devices like cameras, sensors, and card readers Assist with conduit runs, terminations, and testing Help keep the jobsite clean, organized, and safe Load/unload tools, materials, and equipment Follow team instructions and safety procedures at all times Requirements

Basic experience with hand tools, drills, and ladders Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn Able to work on your feet, lift equipment, and climb ladders Spanish fluency Valid driver’s license Must pass a background check (for access to federal projects) About Ecosat
