Join the Senior Full Stack Engineer role at Litera. We are leading the legal AI revolution, transforming how 2M+ legal professionals work every day at top law firms and corporate legal departments with our AI‑driven tools. We deliver solutions across Microsoft 365 and across devices used by lawyers, with 30+ years of innovation and a global client base. This role offers an opportunity to build AI‑forward solutions that scale globally and impact millions of legal professionals. As part of our strategic growth, we are transitioning to a hybrid working model with future offices in Austin, Boston, Chicago, Denver, New York City, Philadelphia, New Jersey, Raleigh and Toronto. Employees are expected to work from the office at least three days a week and reside within reasonable commuting distance from one of these locations. Key Responsibilities
Design and develop scalable SaaS applications Write clean, maintainable, extensible code with minimal defects Acquire and apply expert knowledge of modern software development techniques and methodologies Provide guidance on software engineering practices during code reviews Own product features from estimates through design and development Refactor and improve existing software Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (Product Management, Quality Engineering, User Experience) to complete tasks Manage task priorities, estimates, deadlines, and deliverables Coach and mentor less experienced team members Shape innovative designs and feature enhancements into the product and design process Own key areas of the product in terms of design and development Demonstrate knowledge of software and security best practices (e.g., OO design, OWASP Top 10, SOLID) Deliver scalable solutions Qualifications
5–8+ years of software development experience with strong C# skills Experience with cloud‑native development in Microsoft Azure using Azure DevOps, Cosmos DB, Storage, Key Vault, Service Bus, and Azure AD B2C Experience with React and one or more frontend frameworks (Angular or jQuery) Foundational experience with HTTP, REST, HTML, JavaScript, and CSS Backend development experience with C# and .NET Education in Computer Science or Software Engineering (or related experience) Strong understanding of SaaS architecture and design principles Experience with Microsoft Visual Studio, GitHub, Jira and/or Azure DevOps Experience with CI/CD and automated build/deployment processes Experience with containers (e.g., Docker, Azure Container Instances, Kubernetes) is a plus Experience with OpenAI/Azure OpenAI technologies is a plus Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills Strong communication skills and ability to multitask and manage competing priorities Why Join Litera

California, Colorado, Connecticut, Illinois, Maryland, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Rhode Island, or Washington residents: $115,000–$150,000 depending on factors such as education, experience and certifications.
