Overview
Functional Lead – Oracle Cloud Fusion (Core HR with EPM) — Location: Houston, TX – 100% Onsite; Duration: Long-Term Engagement.
Responsibilities
Own the Core HR module
from blueprint through go-live, providing hands-on functional leadership.
Drive EPM integration
and ensure seamless connections across Finance, HCM, and related modules.
Guide workshops, fit-gap sessions, and solution design to keep the project on track and aligned with best practices.
Mentor client and project team members, building knowledge and confidence across the organization.
Partner with technical leads and stakeholders to resolve issues quickly and keep milestones on schedule.
Qualifications
Multiple end-to-end Oracle Cloud Fusion Core HR implementations
under your belt—start to finish leadership is a must.
Proven EPM experience
and a solid understanding of Oracle HCM architecture.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate complex requirements into clear action plans.
A collaborative mindset—someone who thrives when working closely with business and technical teams in an onsite environment.
