Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled .NET Architect with strong hands-on development experience and expertise in .NET Core to lead the design and implementation of scalable, secure, and high-performance enterprise solutions. The ideal candidate will be a technical leader, capable of developing requirement, defining solution, having supportive extensible architecture guiding development teams, defining architectural standards, and actively participating in development tasks. Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end architecture design for .NET-based applications, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical standards. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Drive the adoption of best practices within the development team, including containerization, microservices, cloud capability consumption & deployments. Hands-on development in .NET Core, including coding, code reviews, and technical troubleshooting. Define and enforce coding standards, guidelines, and architectural principles. Maintain technical documentation, including system architecture, data flow diagrams, and API documentation. Mentor and support development teams on best practices, design patterns, and new technologies. Evaluate and recommend new tools and frameworks to improve development efficiency and product quality. Ensure application security, scalability, performance, reliability, and auditability using Observability principles. Envision event-based solutioning and architecture, integrable with workflow-based process automation. Devise systems that follow no code – low code principles to the extent possible. Drive DB remodeling aligned with architecture supporting parallel and sequential execution of tasks tied to workflows. Migration project from monolithic to microservices. Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 12+ years of software development experience, with at least 3+ years in architecture roles. Extensive hands-on experience with .NET Framework and .NET Core/.NET 5+. Strong understanding of microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP). Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes. Solid knowledge of SQL Server, Entity Framework, and NoSQL databases. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and related tools (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, Git). Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Good to have exposure toward upcoming technologies, practices and design using AI/ML/LLM/Agents, NoSQL Databases (Document, Graph), Data Virtualization. We offer
