Our client is seeking a skilled

Desktop Support Engineer

who will bring technical expertise in Windows systems, Office 365, and RSA, along with the professional polish and communication skills to support users in a high-performing team. This is an onsite position based in Fairfield County, CT. Responsibilities Provide hands-on desktop support for end users in a professional services or financial services environment. Install, configure, and maintain Windows systems, including packaging and upgrading servers. Support and manage Microsoft Office 365 applications. Handle RSA token setup, configuration, and troubleshooting. Collaborate with IT team members to resolve escalated issues efficiently and effectively. Deliver support with a customer-first attitude, ensuring clear communication and professional presentation.

Qualifications and Skills

At least 5 years of IT support experience, preferably within financial services or a similar environment. Strong expertise with Windows, including system setup, packaging, and server upgrades. Proficiency in Office 365 administration and support. Experience with RSA for secure authentication. Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact confidently with users at all levels. Professional demeanor, team-oriented, and solutions-focused.
