Role Engineering Project / Program Manager - AI Initiatives
You will join Ping to drive secure and seamless digital experiences. This role focuses on applying AI initiatives across engineering to automate, optimize, and improve efficiency.
You will
Drive
AI initiatives across engineering , identifying and delivering opportunities for automation, optimization, and efficiency.
Manage the planning, tracking, and execution of AI-driven programs and engineering initiatives.
Collaborate with Engineering, Product Management, and other cross-functional teams to deliver measurable business outcomes.
Define and report on
engineering KPIs , leveraging AI tools for analysis and insights.
Promote the adoption of
generative AI
for coding, scripting, and project management tasks to improve workflows.
Identify areas for improvement in engineering processes and implement change management strategies.
Report to the Director of Engineering Operations.
You have
2+ years of experience as a Project Manager or Program Manager
in a software product company.
Background in Engineering, Program/Project Management, or Technical Operations.
Strong ability to analyze and report on engineering KPI data.
Flexible, open-minded, and adaptable to rapid changes.
Excellent collaboration and communication skills across distributed global teams.
Eagerness to learn and foster consistency across multiple engineering functions.
You'll stand out if
You have proven experience in
driving AI-powered programs
within engineering teams.
You've applied
generative AI
to scripting, coding, KPI automation, or optimization in past roles.
Your background includes Engineering Management, Engineering Operations, or Global Program/Project Management.
You have experience in and Access Management (IAM), Networking, or Security.
Salary and Benefits Salary Range: $136,000-$145,000
In accordance with Colorado's Equal Pay for Equal Work Act (SB 19-085) the approximate compensation range for this role in Colorado is listed above. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors, such as knowledge, skills, and abilities.
