Desktop Support Technician
to work ON-SITE for a large healthcare company in Orange, CA. Location:
Fully on-site Mon-Fri in Orange, CA 92868 Duration:
6-Month Contract, likelihood for extensions Schedule:
40 hr/week, shift times between 7am-5pm PST Hourly Pay:
$27-35/hour Opportunity for overtime, benefits starting on day one of employment, and access to paid sick Note:
Please only apply if you are open to fully onsite work, are fully Covid-19 vaccinated (with booster), are willing to receive flu shot, and have a valid Driver's License. Must-Haves
4+ years of experience with on-site, hands-on, Tier 2 Desktop Support 4+ years of experience supporting a Windows environment 4+ years of experience with a ticketing systems 2+ years of experience within a healthcare/hospital Environment Must have desktop refresh experience Enterprise-level experience Must be fully vaccinated for Covid-19 (Including Booster) Must be willing to receive Flu Shot / open to wearing a mask during flu season Valid Driver's License Plusses
A+, N+, S+, or CCNA Certification ServiceNow Experience Day-to-Day Responsibilities
The Desktop Support Technician is responsible for maintaining computer equipment and providing support to anyone within the organization who needs technical support. This person does everything from performing maintenance, to configuring components and software, to installing routine updates to system software. This technician will also be relied on for various projects ranging from go-live and deployment support, to Windows upgrade support. This individual may be needed for the support of the client's new clinics throughout OC / LA / IE. Seniority level
