We are seeking a Land Data Solutions Analyst to support a Corporate Land Group by delivering high-quality data insights and reporting solutions. This role focuses on designing, developing, and maintaining dashboards and applications using Microsoft Power BI and other Power Platform tools.
The ideal candidate will have experience in land management and technology platforms, along with strong data visualization and automation skills.
Job Summary
Key responsibilities include: Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards to monitor land-related business performance and identify areas for improvement. Integrate third-party APIs into centralized data systems. Gather and document user requirements and translate business needs into application designs. Establish and maintain a robust Power Platform environment strategy for land data and reporting. Lead day-to-day maintenance, enhancements, and troubleshooting of Power Platform applications. Automate business processes using Microsoft Power Automate. Enhance workflows through the development of Power Apps. Qualifications
Preferred skills include: Microsoft Power Platform certification Experience building Canvas Power Apps and automating workflows Understanding of land workflows (leases, title, obligations, lease provisions) Familiarity with SAP or other ERP systems Experience with scripting languages (Python, PowerShell) or front-end frameworks Personal Attributes
Proactive and detail-oriented Strong interest in emerging AI technologies and their application to land data Able to work independently and collaborate with stakeholders Organized with strong project management skills Comfortable in a fast-paced corporate environment We offer a range of benefits, including dental, healthcare, vision, and 401(k).
