(Phoenix, AZ) Manage the development and implementation of pricing strategies to drive business growth, optimize commercial strategy, and enhance revenue and profitability for the company’s products and services. Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor pricing to identify opportunities. Utilize data analytics and market research to make informed pricing decisions. Prepare and present regular reports to senior management on price adherence, discounting trends, and overall pricing strategy effectiveness. Develop pricing models to analyze the impact of different pricing scenarios and provide recommendations. Conduct and review A/B testing, predictive modeling, and machine learning analyses to understand price sensitivity within segments and support data-driven recommendations. Utilize R and SQL to analyze data and support pricing strategy and execution. Lead CPQ implementations. Monitor and analyze the impact of pricing changes on sales and revenue. Collaborate with commercial sales, marketing, finance, product, operations, and field leadership teams to align pricing strategies with business goals, revenue targets, and marketing initiatives. Minimum of a Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering or related field and 3 years of experience as Pricing Manager, Revenue Operations Manager, or related role supporting all aspects of pricing strategy and execution using A/B testing, R, and SQL.
