Your work will include, but not be limited to: Participate in client engagements from the beginning to completion - including planning, executing, and completing tax projects Prepare/Review C corporations, S corporations, partnerships and individuals' federal and state tax returns, mostly on corporate engagements, including consolidated federal tax returns and consolidated/combined state tax returns. Prepare tax provisions. Prepare/Review estimated tax payments and extensions. Tax research, consultation and preparation of client memorandum Develop ideas to assist clients with operational and control opportunities Work to develop relationships with clients, including involvement in networking and business development activities The qualifications. Bachelor's Degree in Accounting 3+ years recent experience in public accounting CPA or Bar License Strong technical skills specifically with public accounting with a focus in taxes for private equity companies, partnerships, and/or LLCs This position may require some local and national travel (note: currently no firm travel) This is an exempt position, so you may have to work hours that exceed the standard 40-hour work week. Colorado monthly base range is $7,083.33 - 8,916.67, and Illinois monthly base range is $7,333.33 - 9,250.00.
