Full-Time Compensation Base Salary Range:
$90,000 - $145,000 annually (depending on relevant tax preparation experience). Revenue Participation:
Eligible to earn 17% of revenue generated (13% paid monthly; 4% deferred and paid as a one-time bonus after 5 years of service). Referral Bonuses:
Additional bonus opportunities ($1,000-$4,000+ per referral) for successful introductions to the firm's wealth management division. Long-Term Incentives:
Employees who remain with the firm and meet cumulative growth targets may qualify for a retention bonus. Benefits:

This position is ideal for a skilled CPA who enjoys working directly with clients and integrating tax expertise into broader financial planning strategies. You'll advise high-net-worth individuals, families, and privately held businesses, helping them navigate complex tax issues while aligning with long-term financial and wealth goals. You'll collaborate closely with financial planners and investment advisors, contributing tax insights to estate planning, retirement strategies, and investment decisions. The role is in-office, with modern amenities including an on-site fitness facility and a professional, client-facing environment. Tax Planning & Compliance:
Prepare and review complex returns (individual, corporate, partnership, and trust) while ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations. Client Advisory:
Serve as a trusted tax advisor, presenting complex information clearly. Participate in annual tax reviews and support holistic planning with the broader advisory team. Wealth Integration:
Partner with financial planners to align tax strategies with investment, retirement, and estate objectives. Compliance & Risk Management:
Remain current on evolving tax law; represent clients in IRS or state audits when required. Collaboration:
Work cross-functionally with advisors, portfolio managers, and client service teams to ensure seamless delivery. Process Optimization:
Recommend efficiencies, leverage technology, and contribute to firm-wide improvements. Qualifications
Required: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline. Active CPA license. Strong track record in tax preparation, review, and planning (public accounting or wealth management setting). Preferred: Master's in Taxation or MBA. Experience advising ultra-high-net-worth clients or family offices. Familiarity with trust/estate planning, alternative investments, and wealth management platforms. Candidate Profile
