Frazier & Deeter is seeking a Valuation Services Manager. This newly created role offers the opportunity to work on diverse projects. Our professionals aim to help clients minimize tax liabilities while remaining compliant with changing laws. We provide consulting and compliance services, including stock option planning and international tax advice, along with expert consultation on investments, mergers, acquisitions, reorganizations, and liquidations. Duties/Responsibilities:

Design and develop financial models for discounted cash flow, market multiple, transaction, and option pricing analyses. Perform valuations of businesses, intellectual and intangible property, business units, assets, and stock options across industries. Conduct valuation analyses on private and public entities using accepted approaches and theories. Gather data through client interactions and site visits. Prepare and present analysis results clearly and effectively. Assist in developing proposals, presentations, and publications for clients. Conduct in-depth research on clients, industries, markets, and competitors. Serve as a resource for other firm practices, including tax, audit, and advisory services. Education and Experience:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Management (with a focus on Finance), or an MBA from an accredited institution. At least 5 years of experience in business valuation for financial reporting, tax, litigation, and related purposes; valuing intangible assets, stock options, derivatives; and familiarity with valuation models like DCF, comparable companies, Monte Carlo, PWERM, Black-Scholes. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel. Strong analytical, comprehension, and problem-solving skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of working with executives, lawyers, and decision-makers. Proven leadership and integrity. Ability to prioritize, manage multiple tasks, and adapt to changing assignments within a team environment. Experience supervising, training, and reviewing staff work. - hybrid work model Seniority level
