We’re seeking a licensed, dynamic Investment Advisor Representative (IAR) with technical expertise and strong people skills. If you love speaking to groups, thrive in face-to-face interactions, and are passionate about guiding others toward financial security, this role is for you. This is not a cold-calling position—our proven educational workshop model generates warm, motivated prospects who want to hear from you. You’ll represent our firm as a trusted advisor, lead engaging workshops, and deliver comprehensive retirement planning solutions. What You’ll Do

Educate:

Lead 2+ workshops weekly (20–30 attendees each), simplifying complex financial topics. Advise:

Conduct discovery meetings, assess goals, and design tailored plans covering investments, retirement income, insurance, tax strategies, and estate planning. Connect:

Build long-term relationships through regular communication, reviews, and proactive portfolio management. Collaborate:

Partner with internal advisors and client service staff for seamless client experiences. Grow:

Stay current on industry trends, regulations, and market shifts to strengthen client strategies. Deliver Results:

Achieve personal and team goals with the support of marketing and operations. Must-Haves

Active Series 65 (or willingness to obtain quickly—exam prep covered) Life insurance + securities licenses Strong public speaking and presentation skills Experience in financial planning, investment advisory, or wealth management Proficiency with financial planning software and CRM tools Availability for evening workshops Preferred
