A day in the life As the Insurance Support Coordinator (ISC), you are the first point of contact for our agency. You provide administrative and reception support, manage reception desks, and ensure professional interactions with clients, prospects, and business partners. Responsibilities

High school diploma or equivalent is required Ability to commute to Schaumburg or Chicago office 5 days per week Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively service customers Detail-oriented with the ability to handle a wide variety of tasks Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects Self-starter, highly organized problem solver with good time management to meet deadlines Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) is a plus Preferred qualifications
BS/BA in business, insurance, or related field Benefits and compensation
Base pay for this role is $40,000; a base salary is determined by experience, skills, training, location, certifications, and education Eligibility for performance-based incentives Health and welfare benefits, 401K and other retirement programs, tuition assistance, and employee assistance programs Flexible work options (work from home or office based on discretion and schedule) Paid time off starting at 20 days per year Volunteer day off and company-organized volunteer events Charitable donation matching up to $1,000 per year Wellness rewards up to $750 per year Co-worker appreciation culture The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, and education.
