Assist in landscape plant and bed maintenance on residential and commercial properties. Pruning trees and shrubs, mulching, weeding, cutbacks, planting and clean ups on a regular schedule. Works well independently as well as on a team while caring for customer properties. Interacts professionally with customers on a daily basis communicating the process and expectations of services. Possesses a general knowledge of proper tree and shrub maintenance practices, as well as tree, shrub, herbaceous perennial and annual plant identification. Is thoughtful and observant with a keen eye for detail. Continues on the job training for all aspects of RYAN provided services along with recommendations for other RYAN services as needed on their property. Requirements
6 months of landscape maintenance, horticulture or irrigation experience required. A degree in Horticulture or related field is a plus. Valid driver's license is required Ability to obtain DOT medical certification Ability to lift 50lbs Ability to push/pull objects while walking up to 3 miles a day Benefits
