FP&A Analyst role at Maker's Pride. Responsible for supporting the Financial Planning and Analysis of Makers Pride in analyzing, reporting, and understanding; ad hoc analysis as required. Job Duties

Assist in compiling and validating data for SG&A analysis and reporting. Perform month-end variance analysis to support financial reviews and reporting. Support the creation and maintenance of Power BI dashboards and other reporting tools. Help prepare materials for board decks, lender presentations, and ratings agency submissions. Assist in tracking CapEx and program expenses. Collaborate with Procurement to analyze vendor terms and support working capital optimization initiatives. Support the development of the annual financial budget and provide needed variance analysis. Help with survey data (e.g., Census Bureau) and period financials compilation. Be actively involved in the design and implementation of process improvements, including improvements utilizing SAP/BW/Business Objects. Support ad hoc data analysis and reporting requests. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. 1–3 years of experience in financial analysis or accounting. Strong Excel skills; familiarity with Power BI or other visualization tools is a plus. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills.
