Job Type Full-time Responsibilities Participate in buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence engagements, assisting healthcare clients, investors, and banks across the U.S. Develop financial models to analyze company data, identify trends, assess earnings quality, working capital, liabilities, and risks. Interview management at target companies to evaluate earnings, net assets, and cash flows. Prepare comprehensive Financial Due Diligence reports covering Quality of Earnings, Revenue, Debt, and Working Capital analysis. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting CPA eligible; CPA or equivalent certification preferred At least 18 months’ experience at a Big Four firm or 2 years at a national firm Knowledge of U.S. GAAP and SEC reporting Understanding of healthcare industry and regulations Financial analysis and modeling skills Excellent communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint; QuickBooks preferred Additional Details Hybrid work: 4 days in office, 1 day remote Travel up to 15% may be required Seniority level: Mid-Senior Employment type: Full-time
