The Operations Research and C5ISR Analysis (ORCA) group is seeking a Space Operations Analyst to provide on-site support in San Diego, CA. The candidate will leverage simulation systems to support multi-domain military operations and drive the analytical process. Operations Analysts apply Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) principles and analytical tools to identify trends, analyze complex data, and solve real-world challenges. Qualified candidates should be able to effectively communicate analytic results, understand current and future space system capabilities, and apply analytical and engineering methodologies to solve operational problems. SPA is seeking a Contracts Management Analyst IIB in San Diego. Responsibilities
Draft procurement-related documents in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulations, DFARS, NMCARS, and associated supplements and DoD 5000 series requirements. Coordinate Industry Days. Develop Requirements documents, to include Market Research Reports, Work Statements, Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRL), Contract Line Item Numbers (CLIN), DD-254s, Acquisition Plans, Source Selection Plans, Justifications & Approvals, and Determinations & Findings for activities approval by the Government. Provide administrative source selection support. Administer contracts, including preparation of Procurement Requests, Modification Requests, Technical Direction Letters/Technical Instructions, and tracking obligations/expenditures and deliverables. Salary range: CA Pay Transparency Salary Range: $84K - $94K. Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree Three (3) or more years of professional experience providing contract management support Professional experience working with FAR/DFARS/NMCARS Contracts Management for Navy or DoD programs and major acquisition program contracts One (1) year of experience in direct support of a Navy organization performing systems acquisition Secret Clearance and the ability to maintain it throughout employment Desired
