As a Private Client Banker in Branch Banking, you are the main contact for Chase’s affluent clients and other customers in the branch. You will manage their banking relationships, using a proactive approach to grow their balances. You will also acquire new clients through referrals and developing sources. Responsibilities
Promote Chase Private Client services to eligible clients Manage client relationships through advice-based solutions, ensuring clients receive suitable products and services Partner with Specialists (Private Client Advisors, Mortgage Bankers, Business Relationship Managers) to connect clients with experts for specialized needs Enhance client convenience by setting up self-service options for 24/7 account access Follow policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements Qualifications and Skills
Proven success in relationship-based client acquisition and retention 1+ year experience in Branch Banking or similar financial services role, with success in growing client relationships Required licensing (SIE, Series 6/7, state licenses, Life licenses) within 180 days if not already licensed Compliance with Dodd Frank/Truth in Lending Act High school diploma or equivalent Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings Preferred Skills
Excellent communication skills College degree or military experience Experience working with affluent clients Team-oriented mindset and long-term career focus Additional Information
This role is subject to Dodd Frank/Truth in Lending Act requirements, including background checks and licensing through NMLS. Employment is contingent upon meeting these requirements.
