Who You Are

Bachelor's or Master's in Accounting Minimum 4 years of relevant transaction experience, including analyzing a target company's quality of earnings (EBITDA), net working capital, and cash flows Advanced Excel skills, including formulas such as SUMIF, SUMIFS, VLOOKUP, INDEXMATCH, etc. A passion for developing and maintaining client relationships Ability to get the job done and enjoy the process Thrives in an ever-changing, dynamic work environment Proactively identifies problems and seeks solutions Demonstrates analytical rigor and strong communication skills Participates in internal and external initiatives such as community service, training, recruiting, and firm events Willing and able to travel as required based on client location What You'll Do

Utilize financial knowledge, including GAAP standards, to assist clients with financial, operational, and tax issues related to M&A transactions Conduct research and analyze a wide range of financial and accounting issues related to business transactions Assist in preparing quality of earnings and net working capital analyses for buy- and sell-side deals Participate in executive management interviews of target companies Draft sections of reports, presentations, and other client-facing deliverables Collaborate with project teams to manage workstreams and meet deadlines Provide coaching and guidance to junior team members The expected pay range for this position is $87,000 - $131,000 (excluding bonus, equity, or benefits).
