Tax Manager
ready to help lead client engagements, mentor teams, and shape the future of the firm. What You’ll Do: Oversee preparation and review of complex federal and state returns for individuals, corporations (C-Corp, S-Corp), partnerships, and fiduciary entities. Develop tax strategies and research solutions to resolve complex issues. Guide clients through audits, notices, and long-term planning. Lead and mentor junior staff while contributing to internal process improvements. Build and maintain lasting client relationships. What You Bring: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field CPA or EA certification preferred (or actively pursuing) Minimum 5 years of experience in public accounting Hands-on experience with tax compliance and planning Strong leadership and communication skills Why This Firm? 14 days PTO to start Flexible hours & comp time model Full benefits package + 401(k) A clear path toward partnership Supportive culture with low turnover (people stick around until retirement) Busy season capped around 50-55 hours Compensation:
