Overview

The Policy Process Execution Business Analyst is an intermediate level position responsible for supporting and managing the 1st and 2nd line execution of Retail Credit Risk Policy Process in the Retail Credit Risk Platform. The overall objective of this role is to support the timely and accurate completion of Policy Processes. Responsibilities

Oversee and maintain Retail Credit Risk policy processes executed by 1st and 2nd line stakeholders Establish policy process calendar and support stakeholder execution of policy requirements within defined calendar timelines Maintenance of system configuration tables, RDM maintenance Support user queries and provide focused adhoc training as needed Work with stakeholders and technology regarding system issues or process design improvements driving end to end life cycle of JIRA creations, UAT testing support, and implementation using Agile Sprint Methodology Provide insight and recommendations on process improvement Maintain procedure updates in alignment with policy updates, new features and system changes Data analysis and adhoc reporting requests Execute MCA Control Monitoring Activities providing evidence of quality of controls and recommending improvement opportunities for existing controls and potential need for new Apropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency Qualifications

5-8 years of relevant experience Cross functional experience (e.g., Analytics, Credit Risk, UAT and JIRA, Portfolio and Limits) Experience in Retail Risk or Portfolio monitoring and analysis Ability to work unsupervised and adjust priorities quickly as circumstances dictate Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes in expectations or requirements Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills Demonstrated analytical and influencing skills Clear and concise written and verbal communication Education

Bachelor\'s degree / University degree or equivalent experience Job Details
