We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated AWS Network Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will design, implement, and manage secure, scalable, and high-performance AWS network infrastructures. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize network connectivity, ensure robust security, and deliver seamless cloud solutions to meet business needs.

Responsibilities

Design, implement, and maintain AWS network solutions including VPCs, subnets, route tables, security groups, Network ACLs, Transit Gateways, VPNs, and Direct Connect.

Deploy and manage AWS Network Appliances (e.g., Palo Alto Networks, Fortinet, Check Point) for optimal performance and security.

Monitor and troubleshoot AWS network performance, ensuring high availability, scalability, and security.

Collaborate with IT teams to integrate AWS networking with on-premises and other cloud platforms.

Develop and maintain documentation for AWS network configurations, procedures, and best practices.

Implement advanced network security controls (AWS WAF, Network Firewall, ACLs, IDS/IPS) in collaboration with the security team.

Provide technical support for AWS network-related connectivity issues for internal teams and external stakeholders.

Lead cloud network projects including upgrades, migrations, and new deployments.

Manage and optimize multi-cloud environments (Azure, GCP), with a primary focus on AWS.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent certifications/experience).

3–5 years of dedicated AWS networking experience.

Expertise in AWS networking services (VPC, Transit Gateway, Direct Connect, VPN, Route 53, Load Balancers).

Hands-on experience with network appliances (Palo Alto, Fortinet, Check Point).

Strong knowledge of AWS network security best practices.

Experience with monitoring and network diagnostic tools specific to AWS.

AWS Certified Advanced Networking – Specialty (highly preferred).

Experience with cloud automation tools (Terraform, CloudFormation) is a plus.

Familiarity with Azure and GCP networking is an advantage.

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
