The Company is seeking a Vice President for Group Reporting to lead the strategic direction of external financial reporting and technical accounting functions. This pivotal role is focused on ensuring compliance with U.GAAP and SEC reporting requirements, as well as driving excellence in financial governance. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of senior finance professionals, providing mentorship, and managing all aspects of the preparation and review of quarterly and annual reporting. Key responsibilities include maintaining relationships with external auditors, leading technical accounting research, and owning global accounting policies. The role also involves leading documentation and evaluation of internal controls over financial reporting and serving as a trusted advisor on technical accounting matters.
Candidates for the Vice President, Group Reporting position at the company should have a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, a CPA, and a Master’s degree is strongly preferred. Travel Percent
