The role demands an individual who is an exceptional communicator, adept at managing investor relations, boardroom communications, and client interactions. A Bachelor's degree in accounting or business is required, with a CPA being highly preferred. The candidate should have at least 15 years' experience in a senior finance role, with a strong background in both private and public sectors, and a deep understanding of the financial dynamics of the advertising or media industry.
