Synchronize data among operational and claims systems while applying relevant business rules

Assist in the development of configuration standards and best practices for system efficiency
Participate in the planning and coordination of application upgrades and testing
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
Minimum of 5-7 years of relevant experience in claims management or database administration
Strong understanding of claims systems and operational processes
Ability to participate in defect resolution for assigned components
Proficiency in planning and coordinating application upgrades and releases
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Graduate Degree or equivalent experience in a related field
7-9 years of experience in healthcare claims or database management
Familiarity with health plan implementation and conversion processes
Experience in developing and executing test plans for system upgrades
Knowledge of best practices in claims processing and data management
