Auto Casualty Claims Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Auto Bodily Injury Claims Specialist to join our growing company. If you are unhappy in your current job and looking for a change, this could be the opportunity for you. Responsibilities: Investigate and settle automobile bodily injury claims Settle complex liability claims and casualty claims, including severe injuries and coverage-related litigation Review and determine the course of action for each file assigned Conduct thorough investigations and maintain accurate documentation Process bodily injury and coverage claims in accordance with established office procedures Collaborate with third parties, plaintiff counsel, and other stakeholders Research case and statutory law to conduct proper claim investigations Document policy status, coverage, liability, and damages on all claims Prepare and present claim evaluations for settlement authority Qualifications: 3-5 years of experience in auto bodily injury/casualty claims Knowledge of legal and medical terminology Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills Ability to pass written examinations to become a licensed claims adjuster Proficiency in Microsoft Office products Benefits: Competitive salaries Commitment to training and development Medical, dental, and vision reimbursement Short-term and long-term disability insurance Life insurance Flexible spending account Telemedicine benefit 401(k) with company match Paid time off and holidays Tuition reimbursement Wellness program Estimated compensation range: $54,750 - $97,500 per year.
