Pay Range:
$22-$25/hour, based on experience, plus potential to earn lease commissions and renewal bonuses Schedule:
Monday through Saturday, from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., with one weekday off and Sundays off. Job Description
Providing superior customer service Assist in complete market surveys Show, lease and move in prospective community members Update unit availability daily Process rental applications Process maintenance requests Receive collections in accordance with Trinity’s standards Clerical and phone support Maintain all community member files, ensuring completeness and accuracy of all file documentation Maintain a calendar of scheduled move-ins and ensure move-in appointments are completed; inspect apartments to ensure move-in readiness to Trinity’s standards Demonstrate the ability to resolve resident complaints and direct pertinent issues to Supervisor Conduct community member move-out unit walks Additional tasks or duties assigned by Supervisor Special Requirements
Physical Demands
The employee will be regularly required to sit, stand, walk, reach with feet, legs, back, arms and hands; talk and hear. May be required to climb. Must be able to work at a computer and talk on the phone for extended periods. Ability to detect auditory/visual alarms and be available to work extended/flexible hours and weekends, as needed. Attendance/Travel
This is a full-time position and may require availability to work some nights, weekends, and occasional holidays. Regular attendance and active participation/planning at company functions and events. Essential Functions and Qualifications
Skills include addressing the needs of community members, prospects, and vendors. Other essential skills include: Handle high-stress situations effectively Exhibit strong leadership and communication skills Superior collection and administrative/organizational skills Time management and ability to prioritize Customer service orientation and strong sales background Knowledge of state fair housing laws Qualification
Computer Skills
Intermediate computer and Internet knowledge Intermediate knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Outlook Familiarity with Yardi, Voyager, LRO, Entrata, Resident Check preferred Learning and Development
Commitment to ongoing professional development through company continuing education programs Education
High school education or equivalent is required Ability to fluently read and write English; perform intermediate mathematical functions; use on-site resident management software Professional Experience
One year of experience in a service industry is preferred Benefits
