Lead Complex Engagements:

Take full accountability for the successful completion of large and complex tax engagements, including those with intricate multi-state complexities. Ensure Compliance:

Lead and coordinate the preparation, thorough review, and timely filing of all federal, state, and local tax returns, guaranteeing strict adherence to all tax regulations. Resolve Tax Issues:

Correspond directly with the IRS to effectively resolve various tax issues. Conduct In-Depth Research:

Perform comprehensive tax research to address intricate tax matters and provide well-informed, strategic recommendations. Develop Customized Strategies:

Design and implement tailored tax strategies for high-net-worth individuals and closely held businesses, optimizing their tax positions. Drive Innovation:

Champion process improvements and implement cutting-edge technology solutions to enhance tax reporting and compliance efficiency. Oversee Team Development:

Supervise the delegation of tasks and provide comprehensive training to personnel assigned to client engagements, fostering their growth. Manage Engagements:

Efficiently manage personnel scheduling, ensure strict adherence to deadlines, and meticulously monitor time budgets for all engagements. Inspire and Mentor:

Inspire and mentor staff to foster their professional growth, offering direct training, expert guidance, and encouraging participation in firm-wide seminars. What You'll Bring

Education:

A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting or a relevant field is required.

CPA preferred. Experience:

8+ years of public accounting experience

Proven experience using

Extensive experience in

tax compliance and planning , with a focus on high-net-worth individuals and closely held businesses. Technical Acumen:
