This opportunity involves a balanced mix of counseling and contentious work, offering associates the chance to work with some of the largest global trademark portfolios. The role includes complex trademark clearance projects, litigation, TTAB proceedings, and advisory work in both domestic and international contexts. Location: New York City, NY Duties: Conduct trademark searching, clearance, and prosecution Handle trademark and copyright infringement litigation Represent clients in opposition and cancellation proceedings before the TTAB Provide strategic counseling on trademark and copyright issues Manage large, multinational trademark clearance and filing projects Draft and review briefs, office action responses, and related legal documents Requirements: 3–5 years of experience in trademark and/or copyright litigation Interest in transitioning into a practice that includes both counseling and litigation Demonstrated ability to manage complex intellectual property matters Prior experience in a law firm setting preferred Education: Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school Strong academic performance required Certifications: Admission to the New York Bar or eligibility to waive in Skills: Excellent legal writing, research, and analytical abilities Strong organizational skills, with attention to detail and the ability to handle large-scale projects Effective communication skills and sound legal judgment Ability to craft compelling legal arguments and provide practical client advice Opportunity to work with high-profile clients and international trademark portfolios Exposure to a wide variety of IP matters in a globally oriented practice Company info BCG Attorney Search 125 Park Avenue, 25th floor New York New York United States 10017 Phone :
