Remote Seeking an experienced and results-driven Finance Manager to join its G&A Finance team. We are looking for a Finance Manager with strong financial expertise, a passion for advanced data analytics and automation, and a collaborative approach to partnering with cross-functional teams. This individual will play a critical role in managing financial planning processes and driving insights that support the company's growth and optimization initiatives. This role will be responsible for owning the monthly forecasting and close processes, supporting annual planning cycles, developing key partnerships with business stakeholders, and driving optimization opportunities within budget management and financial processes.
Your Impact
Lead the monthly close process, ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of PO accruals, reclasses, and compliance with SOX requirements, while identifying and driving process improvements. Manage and support financial planning and forecasting activities, including driving monthly and quarterly forecasting for OPEX, CAPEX, and headcount. Ensure precise financial projections and resource allocations. Partner closely with business leaders across G&A functions to align financial goals with business strategies, providing actionable insights into spend, resource needs, and investment opportunities. Deliver critical financial reporting and analysis, leveraging our systems and tools (e.g., SAP, Tableau, Excel), including variance analysis, audit reports, and key metrics to identify and communicate trends, risks, and opportunities to senior management. Champion process automation and enhancements, continuously exploring opportunities to optimize reporting processes and improve efficiency through advanced data analytics and financial systems. Evaluate and drive optimization opportunities, conducting regular reviews of contractors, operating expenses, and budget allocations to identify cost savings and process efficiencies. Strategically support ad-hoc financial analysis to assist leadership in decision-making, ensuring alignment between financial objectives and business growth initiatives. Qualifications Your Experience Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or equivalent military experience required 8+ years of progressive financial experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or similar roles, ideally within a high-growth or public company environment Expertise in managing full financial processes, including monthly close, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build effective partnerships with senior business leaders and present complex financial information in a clear and actionable way Advanced skills in financial modeling and experience with tools such as SAP, SAC, Tableau, Excel, and other BI tools, with a focus on driving process automation Proven ability to identify and drive financial optimization opportunities, including expense management and process efficiencies A proactive approach to problem-solving with a strong attention to detail and intellectual curiosity about the business
