The Risk Compliance Audit (RCA) Professional will be in second line of defense and will support the SOC2 Audit process. This role will be responsible for partnering with Technology and Information Security Services teams to ensure risk management practices align with laws, audit requirements, industry standards, and organizational policies. The candidate will support risk reporting efforts by providing insights on audit risks, control tracking and maturity measurement, and issue management. Stakeholder engagement and relationship management are core aspects of this role. Demonstrated ability to develop partnerships across a complex, highly matrixed organization is required. Strong competency in MS Suite and ability to learn new systems is required. Basic Qualifications
Bachelor\'s degree, or equivalent work experience Typically more than six years of applicable experience Preferred Skills/Experience
Professional certifications such as CRISC; CISSP; CISA; CISM; and/or CIPP/US are highly desirable. Strong knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks, regulatory requirements and risk management principles (e.g., NIST CSF, ISO 27001, FFIEC, SOX, GLBA) Experience with governance, risk and compliance (GRC) tools and risk assessment methodologies. Ability to challenge and influence stakeholders while fostering strong partnerships with business, technology and information security services teams. Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills to articulate risks and recommendations to senior management. Ability to self-start, manage job scope, and complexity of assigned tasks at the departmental and/or division level. Proficient computer skills, especially Microsoft Office applications. Demonstrated ability to develop partnerships across a complex, highly matrixed organization. Strong competency in MS Suite and ability to learn new systems.
